Tony Gomez was born in The Dominican Republic and migrated with his family to The United States in 1974.

After high school, Tony joined the Marine Corps. He has always had a keen eye, and during his service, he qualified 3 times as a sharpshooter. Tony received a Good Conduct Medal, Overseas Ribbon, and the Presidential Unit Citation under George H.W. Bush.

In 1990 Tony was honorably discharged and carried the military ideals of honor, courage, and commitment into a new career as a private investigator. His first position was with a firm in New York. By 1996, he launched Sunshine Research.

Aside from his professional work, Tony was a little league and travel baseball coach for 21 years. He currently lives with his family in Palm Harbor, Florida.
